Tube wells were installed in 1,215 poor families, mosques, orphanages and madrasas in Kaliganj and Hatibandha upazilas of Lalmonirhat district in collaboration with Profit Foundation (PF).
Kaliganj Upazila Executive Officer Md. Abdul Mannan, Kaliganj Police Station Inspector Md. Farhad Mandal, Assistant Programmer ICT Department Md. Mostafa Chowdhury, Upazila Public Health Engineer Md. Badsha Alamgir, Madati Union Parishad Chairman Md. (Head of Program) and Sirajul Islam (Admin & HR) Swaab were present on the occasion.
PF Executive Director Md. Nuruzzaman Ahmed assisted the distribution ceremony. The event was attended by public representatives, beneficiaries, teachers, journalists and other personalities.
