At least 12 more persons were killed and several others critically injured in separate road crashes across the country on Sunday.
In Narayanganj, at least four persons died in a bus accident at Sonargaon.
The deceased were identified as Ripon, 32, son of Habu Miah, Momen, 37, son of Mizanur Rahman, Shahidullah, 45, son of Kazem Ali, and Raju Miah, 38, son of Zohur Ali, from Boro Fausadi village in Marwardi union of Araihazar upazila.
Morshed Alam, Officer in Charge (OC) of Sonargaon Police Station confirmed it to the media that the microbus overturned and plunged into roadside ditch as its driver had lost control over the steering due to dense fog.
In Natore, three of a family including a couple and their minor son were crushed to death when a truck ran over their motorcycle in Bagatipara upazila of Natore Sunday afternoon. The deceased were identified as Khaledur Rahman, 32, his wife Sonia Begum, 24, and son Taslim, 5, residents of Bagha upazila.
The truck rammed the bike the trio boarded in front of Bashbaria Collge on Pocketkhali Road in Bashbari area around 4:30pm, Reports our district correspondent.
Bagatipara Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Sirajul Islam Sheikh confirmed the matter to media.
In Nababganj (Dhaka), a college student named Md Sheikh Siam Khan, 18, was killed and two others were injured in a road accident in Kuthuri area under Nababganj upazila of Dhaka on Sunday morning.
Deceased was a first-year student of Shikaripara Tofazzal Hossain College.

In Rajshahi, one driver of an-auto rickshaw was killed when a passenger bus rammed him at Court Station of the City on Sunday afternoon.
The deceased was identified as Abdur Razzak, 55, from Godhabari under Fultola upazila of the district.

In Khulna, one minor boy named Al-amin, 4, was killed when a bus hit a local nochimon in Paikgacha upazila of the district on Sunday noon.

In Pabna, One teenager named Fahim Hossain,10, was killed when a tractor rammed him in Ishwardi of the district on Saturday night.
The deceased was a fourth grader student of a local Primary School.
