At least 12 persons were killed in separate road crashes across the country on Thursday.
In Mymensingh, at least four persons were killed in separate crashes in the district on Thursday.
In Sadar upazila, the death toll in Mymensingh sadar upazila has increased to three as another victim succumbed to his injuries.
Shaheed was undergoing treatment at Mymensingh Medical College Hospital (MMCH), after a vehicle left two including he injured and two others dead on the spot. The four were laborers in profession.
The deceased two others are identified as Khalek, 28, and Jakir, 27.
A vehicle hit them due to low visibility while they were on way to Beltoli Jamtoli area on foot on Thursday.
Kotwali Model Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Mostafizur Rahman confirmed the matter to the media.
At Alalpur, a woman named Khatun (50) was killed in another road accident when a truck rammed her.
This incident happened on Thursday at Alalpur of Sadar Upazila around 12pm. Kotwali Model Police Station Sub-Inspector Ujjal Sarker told the matter to media.
In Chuadanga, three passengers of a human hauler were crushed to death by a
truck on Chuadanga-Jhenaidah Road in Alamdanga upazila of Chuadanga Thursday.
The accident happened around 1pm. The deceased couldn’t be identified immediately.

A four years old minor child named Farista, died after falling from an auto-rickshaw while Md Ismail died after being hit by a lorry, Shilbrato Barua, In-Charge of Chattogram Medical College Hospital (CMCH), told the news media.
In Tangail, a member of the army named Tajim Mia (40) was killed in road crash in Nagarpur upazila of the district.
The accident occurred on Thursday afternoon in the adjoining area of BRAC office on the Tangail-Aricha Highway. Nagarpur Police Station Officer (OC) Alam moon confirmed news to media.
In Bhola, A man named Sumon Bhakta was killed in a road crash when a Nasiman rammed him in Lalmohan of Bhola district. The incident occurred at Dori Market Road. Lalmohan Thana Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mir Khairul Kabir told the news to media.
In Narsingdi, a minor girl named Meghla died in a road crash in Bhatpara area of Narsingdi. Six people were injured in the incident. The incident happened on Thursday noon on the Ghorashal Tongi regional road.
