Water levels in 11 river stations monitored by Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (FFWC) have marked rise and 66 stations recorded fall.
Among the 83 monitored water level stations, water levels at four monitored river stations are flowing above their respective danger marks while another four rivers station has remained steady, a bulletin issued by FFWC said on Sunday.
The Dhaleswari at Elasin, the Dhaleswari at Jagir, the Lakhya at Lakhpur and the Kangsha at Jariajanjail are flowing above their respective danger levels by 11 cm, 6 cm, 70 cm and 30 cm. All major rivers are in falling trend, the FFWC bulletin added.
