Chittagong Bureau :
At least 11 people were injured by bullets in a clash between two groups of Awami League for establishing supremacy at Bus Stand area under Lohagara upazila early Wednesday.
Locals said the supporters of district AL deputy publicity secretary Nurul Abser Chowdhury and upazila AL general secretary Salah Uddin Hiru locked into clash with arms and sharp weapons at around 6am, leaving 11 injured.
The injured were admitted to Chittagong Medical College and Hospital.
Md Shahjahan, officer-in-charge of Lohagara thana, said the two groups clashed each other over land dispute.
