Hundread oxygen cylinders and 30 cylinder meters have gone missing from the corona unit of Barisal Sher-e-Bangla Medical College (Shebachim) Hospital.
Meanwhile, 7 days after the incident, the Shebachim authorities could not recover the missing cylinders and meters.
The disappearance of the cylinder was announced on Sunday (August 22) evening. Meanwhile, a five-member investigation committee has been formed headed by an assistant director of Shebachim to investigate the matter, said the director of the hospital HM Saiful Islam.
