Islamic Liberation Front (ILF), a militant outfit, has sent a hit list of 10 people, including Rajshahi University Vice Cchancellor Prof M Mizanuddin and former RCC mayor AHM Khairuzzaman Liton, to the Natore Press Club.
Natore Press Club president Rezaul Karim Reza said an envelop containing a computer-composed letter on an ILF pad reached the press club by post on Monday noon.
In the letter, the outfit provided names of 10 people who are on their hit list in the Rajshahi region.
MP from Rajshahi Sadar constituency Fazle Hossain Badshah, district Awami League general secretary Asad, five journalists and freedom fighter Barjahan Ali Shahjahan are also on the hit list. Contacted, Police Super of the district Shyamal Kumar Mukherjee said they were looking into the matter.
