The 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the S Alam Cold Roled Steel Mills Ltd was held yesterday at Hotel Radison Blue hall in the city with its Chairman Abdus Samad in the chair.
In the meeting, 10 percent dividend was declared for shareholders.
The AGM was told that during the year ended on June 30 last, the compa.ny sold its product by Tk.245 crores.
