The members of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) detained 10 suspected members of the Neo Jama’atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (Neo-JMB) from the city’s Kolabagan and Uttara areas on Monday.
They are: Abu Sadat Sultan Ali alias Liton, 41, Al Mizanur Rashid, 41, Jannatul Mahal alias Jinnah, 60, Ziaur
Rahman, 31, Kowshik Adnan Subhan, 37, Mizanur Rahman, 43, Miraj Ali, 30, Mufti Abdur Rahman Bin Abdullah, 37, Shahriar Wazed Khan, 36, and Shariful Islam, 46.
RAB Additional Director General (Operation) Colonel Md Anwar Latif said this at a press briefing at the Media Center in the city’s Kawranbazar on Monday afternoon.
The arrested men were being interrogated in connection with the different militant attacks, he said.
Two cases were filed against them with police stations.
