Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) members seized 1,000,000 pieces of yaba tablets from a trawler conducting a special drive in the Bay of Bengal in early hours of Wednesday (January 6).
Moreover, owner of the trawler was also nabbed during the drive.RAB-7 director Lieutenant Colonel Mifta Uddin Ahmed confirmed the matter to media yesterday . According to him, the smugglers are now using the sea route as the law enforcers are strongly monitoring the land routes.
