A 10-day long Jamdani exhibition will begin at the National Museum here from tomorrow.
Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC) and the National Museum authority have jointly organized the exhibition where the country’s traditional handicraft would be showcased.
Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu is expected to inaugurate the exhibition as chief guest.
Varieties of beautiful and aesthetic Jamdanies including Terchha, Jalpar, Pannajar, Corrola, Dublajal, Bolihar, Shaplaful, Angurlata, Mayurpatchpar, Baghnali, Kalmilata, Chandrapar and Jhumak would be displayed at 38 stalls.
