The oath taking ceremony of the newly elected Zila Parishad (ZP) members will be held at Osmani Memorial auditorium in the city on January 18.
Local Government Division of the Local Government Rural Development (LGRD) Ministry will arrange the function while minister Khandker Mosharraf Hossain will administer the oath, said an official release.
The members of Dhaka, Mymensingh, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions will take oath at 9.30 am while members of Rajshahi, Rangpur, Khulna and Barisal divisions will take oath at 11.30 am.
