State Minister for Shipping Khalid Mahmud Chowdhury today said Zia’s family is a murderous family.
“The murderer Zia started that carnage and Khaleda Zia and Tareq Zia have followed the same path… They are identified as the killer family,” he said.
He said this after paying homage and reciting Fateha at the mausoleum of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Tungipara, said a press release.
“The murderers would not be allowed to exploit the country,” he said.
Secretary of the Ministry of Shipping Mohammad Mezbah Uddin Chowdhury, Chairman of the Mongla Port Authority Rear Admiral Mohammad Musa, Chairman of the Bangladesh Land Port Authority M Alamgir and BIWTC Chairman Syed Mohammad were present, among others.
Khalid later distributed food at Gimadanga Naseria Fazil Madrasa and Orphan.
