A workshop on ‘National Integration Strategy and Annual Performance Agreement’ (NISAPA) was held at the University Grant Commission (UGC) auditorium here yesterday.
UGC Chairman Professor Abdul Mannan addressed the workshop as the chief guest with UGC Member Professor Dr M Shah Nowaz Ali in the chair, said a release. Secretary of UGC Dr Md Khaled, and Joint-Secretary (Admin) of education ministry Md Aminul Islam Khan addressed the function as special guests.
The UGC Chairman urged all to discharge their duties with honesty, integrity and good manners for establishing good governance. The convener of the ‘National Integration Strategy Implementation Committee Md. Kamal Hossain and Additional Director of SPQARI Division of UGC also addressed the function, among others. Earlier, one minute silence was observed to pay homage to the departed soul of versatile writer Syed Shamsul Haq at the workshop, the release added.
