A month long 12th International Women SME Expo will begin at Polo ground maidan in the city from October next.
Chattogram Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry(CWCCI)is organising the fair. This was disclosed by the Chairperson of the fair Dr. Mrinal Mahbub at the press conference of CWCCI held at its office conference hall yesterday morning.
The entrepreneurs of Iran, India, China Malaysia,Thailand are expected to participate the fair. The press meet was told that the exclusive fair of the women entrepreneurs were arranged at Bawa School ground for the last 5 years, 11 years at polo ground and this 12th one will be held at polo ground.
This year, this SME fair will be designed as best trade reunion of the women entrepreneurs of South Asia, the press meet was told. Among others, Begum Sabiha Nahar MP, President of CWCCI Monowara Hahim Ali, Senior vice President Abida Azad, Ruhi Mostafa, Jesmin Akhtar also spoke on the occasion.
