A week-long art exhibition has began in Mymensingh on Friday marking the 101st birth anniversary of Shilpacharya Joinul Abedin.Mymensingh Shilpacharya Joinul Abedin Shangrahshala arranged the exhibition at Shangrashala campus.Minister for Religious Affairs Principal Motiur Rahman will inaugurate it as chief guest.Eminent writer Prof. Zatin Sarker and eminent artist Prof. Hamiduzzaman Khan will be present as special guests. Deputy commissioner Mustakim Billah Faruqui will preside over the function.Joinal Shangrahshala sources said the week-long programme includes child painting competition , opening of Joinul monument, memorial meeting and distribution of prizes and certificates among the winners of painting competition.
