Walton AC Winter Service Campaign kicks off to boost post sales service

Walton Service Management System (WSMS), the country’s only ISO certified service centers, has started ‘AC Winter Service Campaign-2016’ across the country to deliver free and home based post sales services to the users of its air conditioners.
Under this campaign, the technicians and engineers of Walton service centers will go to the home of Walton brand AC users to provide swift and best after sales services if required by the users.
Walton Group’s Additional Director and WSMS Head Md Neamul Hoque inaugurated the ‘AC Winter Service Campaign-2016’ through providing necessary after sales services to the user of Walton air conditioners ‘Dhaka Grand Hotel’ at Kuril Bishwaroad in the capital on Saturday last.
During the campaign’s inauguration, WSMS Monitoring Head Shah Md Imtiaz , Head of Mechanical Product Service Development Md Anisur Rahman Mallik, Product Coordinator (AC and Refrigerator) HM Shahriar Reza, In-charge of Kuril Service Center Md Washim Uddin and Technical Monitoring Officer (AC) Md Abdus Sattar were also present.
Md Neamul Hoque said, “Walton is committed to bring diversity in its product and services. Thus, it has launched ‘AC Winter Service Campaign’ across the country to deliver post-sales services through going to the users’ home. Walton usually offers two years’ service warranty for its air conditioner. Under this warranty period, we are providing home after sales services to the users. The desired customers will get the service at free of cost.”
