ULAB Center for Enterprise and Society (CES) organized its first Leadership Talk Series event of the year on Sunday at ULAB auditorium in Dhanmondi. The Leadership Talk featured Mohsin Ahmed, Managing Director of Linde Bangladesh titled “I Can If I Will”. Prof Imran Rahman, special advisor to the Board of Trustees was also present.
Mohsin Ahmed delivered a rousing and inspirational lecture to a full-house of students and faculty members on career building and leadership. Ahmed personalized his speech by first discussing his own public sector and then corporate sector journey. His speech was filled with self-reflection, practical insights, and motivation for students.
He urged students to not be complacent but also enjoy life, to prioritize working hard but not be overly grades-focused, to appreciate love of continuous learning, teamwork, and the ability to lead from any position or situation. At the end of the talk, Professor Imran Rahman handed over a crest to the speaker.
