Twin brothers were killed when a bus hit a van they were travelling in Jogsin Bazar area of Sadar upazila on Friday afternoon.
The deceased were identified as Hasan and Hossain, 14, sons of Khurshed Alam of Shafipur village in the upazila. Lokman Hossain, Officer-in-Charge of Sadar Police Station, said the ‘Ananda Paribahan’ bus hit the van while the two siblings were returning home from a market after buying a refrigerator, leaving the duo dead on the spot.
