The training programme for under-16 rugby players began on Saturday at Madaripur District Stadium. National Sports Council has arranged the training camp with supervision of Bangladesh Rugby Federation and assistance of Madaripur District Sports Association.
A total of 60 participants are taking part in the seven-day long training camp. Level One Coach Talha Bin Jubair has conducted the training camp.
DC of Madaripur Kamal Uddin Biswas inaugurated the training camp as the chief guest while Mayor of Madaripur Pourashava Md Khaled Hossain Yad was with him as the special guest.
Police Super of Madripur Md Sarwar Hossain presided over the inaugural ceremony.
