Tourists flock to Tanguar Haor forgetting coronavirus fear

Forgetting the fear of coronavirus infection, the tourists are flocking to Tanguar Haor in Sunamganj, the largest biodiversity wetland in the north-eastern part of the country.
With the lifting of the travel ban, the number of tourists in the district has increased again. The activity has returned to Niladri Lake, Bareker Tila and Jadukata as well as other tourist centers in Sunamganj.
The water of Tanguar Haor, the moonlight and the beauty of the Meghalaya hills of India can be seen together. The 11km long and 6km wide hoar, takes different appears in winter, summer and monsoon seasons.
Nature has returned to its original form as tourists have been banned from traveling to Tanguar Haor since March 19.
