Syngenta Bangladesh, one of the leading multinational companies in crop protection and seed business, has declared 15 percent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2018.
The board of directors of Syngenta Bangladesh Limited declared the dividend at its annual general meeting held in a city hotel on Sunday.
Md Haiul Kuaium, Chairman of Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC) and also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Syngenta Bangladesh Limited presided over the meeting.
A M M Golam Towhid, Managing Director of Syngenta Bangladesh and directors from BCIC and Syngenta Bangladesh were present.
