Swedish Ambassador to Bangladesh Johan Frisell on Thursday called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique at his office.
Vice-Chancellor of Bangladesh University of Health Sciences Professor Dr Liaquat Ali, Dean of DU Science Faculty Professor Dr Mohammed Abdul Aziz, Chairman of DU Chemistry Department Professor Dr Nilufar Nahar, Professor Dr Mohammad Shoeb of the same department and Communication Officer of Embassy of Sweden Poroma Kanya were present, said a release.
During the meeting, they discussed matters of mutual interest especially, the on-going joint collaborative academic and research programmes between Dhaka University and Swedish universities.
