A special team of Anti -Corruption Commission(ACC) rounded up Sub-Registrar of Pakua Land office Paritosh Kumar Das for alleged forgery in his educational certificates .
Pekua thana police rounded up him from Land office of Pekua upazila following the case filed by the ACC earlier. Deputy Asstt. Director of ACC, Chittagong chapter Ahmed Farhad Hossain told the media that detained Paritosh took govt service through forgery of educational certificates which is proved by the ACC following the complaints from different quarters. A case in connection of certificate forgery by the concerned Sub-Registrar was lodged before the Shahbagh thana in capital on Wednesday morning , a online portal sources said.
Sub-Registrar Paritosh was arrested from Pekua Sub Registry office in same day.Sources s aid Paritosh is only HSC certificate holder but he created Degree and Master Degree certificates through forgery for obtaining the govt officer rank job as Sub-Registrar .
