Entertainment Report :Once popular TV actress and model Srabonti is going to settle down in USA permanently. She has been totally detached with acting for last few years due to giving more time to husband and daughters. As a result, after working in Nurul Alam Atik’s a play titled Dalim Kumar in 2010 Srabonti did not work later. Srabonti along with husband Khorshed Alam and two daughters will leave Bangladesh on Friday night. Her elder sister Sabera Alam has been living in USA now. After going there they have planned to stay in Maryland, USA. While talking with this correspondent on Thursday Srabonti said, “In fact, in my half of life I worked in media – acted as an actress in TV plays, serials and telefilms and performed as a model in TV commercials. I will really miss all of my colleagues and media. But after becoming mother every woman has to concentrate with her family life. All things are not happened in human life most of the time. Everybody pray for me as I can remain well with my family there.”Srabonti started her career in media in very early age. During childhood she first worked in a play titled Aamar Dudh Maa under Atiqul Haque Chowdhury’s direction. She also performed as a model for the first time in a TV commercial of Bailey Keds. After getting matured she first acted in a play directed by Motiur Rahman Gazipuri. In the meantime, she also performed in a TVC of Pepsodent under Tariq Anam Khan’s direction. Srabonti acted mentionable works in the small screen are: Ekannoborti, Dwitiyo Jibon, etc. Against Riaz she also worked in Matin Rahman’s movie Wrong Number. Hailed from Tilakpur of Naogaon Srabonti tied the nuptial knot with Khorshed Alam on October 29 in 2010.
