Under Raja Chanda’s direction shooting of India-Bangladesh joint venture movie Black has been completed except recording of two songs, which will be performed by Bidya Sinha Mim and Kolkata’s hero Sohom. Shooting of Black will be finished in different locations in Sri Lanka within this month.
After returning to Dhaka on Tuesday Mim told this correspondent, “I have finished almost shooting of movie Black except two songs. I will have to take part in dubbing of Black in Dhaka. I have enjoyed to work there. Everybody including director Raja Chanda had cooperated me well while taking part in shooting of the movie. My co-actor Sohom Dada is really a nice person. His cooperation in every sequence was memorable. I believe our performances in two songs which will be recorded in Sri Lanka will be liked by the viewers.”
Meanwhile while communicating with Sohom over mobile phone he told this correspondent from Kolkata yesterday morning, “In fact, Bidya Sinha Mim acted outstandingly well in movie. Now she is getting offer to act in several movies here (Kolkata). If she connects bat and ball properly she can work here regularly. Therefore, a complete actress like her is really needed for the industry. I always wish her success.” Mim-Sohom’s Black is being made under the joint banners of Kibria Films (Bangladesh) and Dag Creative Pvt Media Ltd (India). Earlier title of this movie was Rocket. But earlier by this name another movie was made in Kolkata. For this reason, Raja Chanda has changed its name to Black.
After this movie Mim willtake part in shooting of Shafiq Hasan’s movie Rocky. Arindam Shil and Indranil will act against Mim in this movie. In November, after celebrating her birthday Mim along with her parents and sister will visit to USA and Australia to take part in two shows there, Mim said.
