Cox’s Bazar model thana police arrested one activist of Shibir from Cox’s Bazar Government Collage gate area of the city at 2- 30 PM on Thursday.
The arrestee was identified as Ridwan Mahmud, 26, son of Faridul Alam of B D R camp area of Cox’s Bazar sadar upazila.
Jasim Uddin, OC of Cox’s Bazar thana said, detained Ridwan is a activist of Chhattra Shibir of Cox’s Bazar Collage Unit and also a cadre.
He was wanted in a case, he added.
