Sheikh Russell Jatiya Shishu-Kishore Parishad leaders paid tributes to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on Monday by placing a wreath at his mausoleum at Tungipara in Gopalganj district.
Led by the organisation’s Secretary General KM Shahid Ullah, its Organising Secretary and Dhaka South City Corporation ward number 20 councillor Farid Uddin Ahmed Ratan, other central leaders and leaders of Dhaka city and other districts were present during the paying of tributes to Bangabandhu, reports BSS.
Special munajat and fateha were offered seeking eternal peace of departed souls of August 15 carnage martyrs including Bangabandhu.
Later, a milad and doa mahfil was also arranged at the mausoleum complex mosque.
