Sheikh Russel Sports Development Academy beat Indira Road Krira Chakra by 10 wickets in the day’s lone match of the Dhaka First Division Women’s Cricket League at the Gulshan Youth Club Ground on Sunday.
Chasing Indira Road’s paltry total of 85 off 30.2 overs, Sheikh Russel romped home in just 6.4 overs making 86 for the loss of none.
Pinki Akter remained unbeaten with 56, while Mishu Khan remained unbeaten with 20.
Earlier, Renesa Chakma of Indira Road top-scored with 18 runs.
Rokaiya Ahmed of the victorious team captured four wickets for 20 runs, while her teammate Mumta Hena bagged two wickets instead of 12 runs.
Rokaiya Ahmed was adjudged the Player of the Match.
