Sheikh Hasina’s vision is to develop Bangladesh: Minister

Planning Minister M A Mannan said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s vision is to develop Bangladesh as she is devoted to take the country forward with her knowledge and competency.
“Sheikh Hasina and Bangladesh’s development has now become identical and she is the state hero for facing challenges,” he said this on Wednesday while addressing a discussion in Rajshahi as the chief guest.
Rajshahi University (RU) hosted the discussion titled “Sheikh Hasina and Bangladesh’s Development” at its Senate Building to mark the 76th birthday of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
Planning Minister Mannan said the premier deals with the crises strongly and covers the frustration with light of hope as she’s enriched with thinking of welfare of the country. “As a whole, she has all characteristics of a competent state hero,” he added, reports BSS.
He also said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is committed to march the country forward inclusively.
“We are ascertained that her farsightedness, intelligence and capacity of quick decision will take her furthermore,” he added.
Minister Mannan opined that there is no need of looking for role models in the world but look at Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina as she has been playing the role model in terms of developing the country for the last couple of years.
 Awami League Presidium Member and Mayor of Rajshahi City Corporation AHM Khairuzzaman Liton addressed the meeting as special guest, while RU Vice-chancellor Prof Golam Sabbir Sattar was in the chair. Pro-vice-chancellor Prof Sultan-Ul-Islam, Treasurer Prof Obaidur Rahman Pramanik and Registrar Prof Abdus Salam also spoke.
Planning Minister MA Mannan termed Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina as a bright instance of punctuality that will inspire the new generation to build their life properly.
