Shafin releases an acoustic version of the national anthem

Shafin Ahmed, the Miles frontman recently released an acoustic version of the national anthem. Shafin posted the video on Facebook recently with a caption: “Even after 46 years of achieving independence, listening to the National Anthem still gives me goosebumps. Let’s show proper respect to our country and create a beautiful motherland.”
The video opens with a qoute on “freedom” by motivational speaker and author Steve Maraboli, “Freedom is more than just a patriotic concept; it is the purest intent of our design. Be you. Be free. Be nice.”
It then follows Shafin greeting everyone on the 46th Independence Day after which, he sings an enthralling version of the national anthem with of minimal music, just an acoustic guitar.
Shafin released an album of Nazrul Sangeet titled Kotodin Dekhini Tomay last year which comprises of songs whose tunes have been composed by his father Kamol Dasgupta, and recorded by his mother Firoza Begum.
