Sanjay Dutt hasn’t made any official announcement of his upcoming projects yet. The only thing he’s working on is helping Ranbir Kapoor get all the nuances right for playing Dutt in the upcoming biopic directed by Rajkumar Hirani. The next instalment of Munna Bhai series will only roll after Rajkumar Hirani wraps up the biopic in 2018.
When asked if he feels the pressure of returning to the big screen the actor says, “Mr Chopra doesn’t give a go-ahead to any project till he is fully satisfied. There have been talks for a while now, but I understand why Raju and he aren’t hurrying. They want to better Lage Raho’s standards, which will take a lot of effort. Agreed, that it’s a franchise that people will love to see every year but practically, we can’t do that because we have to have a solid story.”
