Samsung Electronics Bangladesh, a global leader in consumer electronics has recently inaugurated its first Home Appliance (HA) Service Zone with its authorized distributor, Transcom Electronics. . Tanveer Shahed, Head of Customer Service, Samsung, Firoze Mohammad, Head of CE Business, Samsung; Arshad Huq, Chief Operating Officer, Transcom Electronics Ltd and Yeamin Sharif Chowdhury Head of Business, Transcom Electronics Ltd cut the ribbon and launched the service zone.
The new HA Service Zone has been set adjacent to Transcom Digital’s showroom at Sadar Road in Mohakhali, Dhaka. The Service Zone is designed in accordance with Samsung’s global standards and it is equipped with all modern repair tools and technologies. Samsung customers can get the best after sales service from this new center through well trained and expert engineers. Besides HA service facility, customer can also get their TV serviced at the same location which already has an AV service zone.
