Alhajj Abdus Samad and Alhajj Abdul Malek Mollah have been re-elected in the 273rd meeting of the Board of Directors of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd Chairman and Vice-Chairman recently, says a press release.
According to the decision of the meeting they will continue their responsibilities untill the next AGM of the bank, says a press release.
Alhajj Abdus Samad is one of the founder director of the bank. He is Vice Chairman of S Alam Group, chairman of S Alam Cold Rolld Steels Ltd and founder director of Northern General Insurance Ltd and Riliance Finance Investments Ltd.
Alhajj Abdul Malek Mollah also one of the founder director of the bank. Malek is one of the founder Trustees of Asia Pacific University of Bangladesh and Bangladesh Islamic University.
