Md Sabur Khan, Chairman, Global Trade Committee; Director, World IT Services Alliances (WITSA) and former President, Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) joined WITSA BOD and Committee Meetings & AIIA Summit, held at Hotel Kurrajong, Canberra, Australia from March 08-10, 2016.
It is a matter of great achievement for Bangladeshi ICT Industry that, World Congress of IT, the largest international ICT event, will be in Bangladesh in 2021.
As a Director, and one of the representatives from Bangladesh, Mr. Khan played his best role to convince other members and won the bid for WCIT 2021 in the WITSA BOD meeting. All of the dedicated hard work of the ICT Ministry, BCS and the representatives has been paid off.
It may be mentioned here that around 80 business organizations Worldwide are members of WITSA and WITSA members control nearly 90 percent of global IT market.
