SIM card re-registration!
I have applied for my National ID card on August 20, 2014. I have done everything on my part but haven’t yet got it. The government has made it mandatory for all to provide their fingerprints and a copy of NID to the authorities to re-register the SIM cards. But what will people like me do who haven’t got their NIDs? And how will the expatriates re-register their SIM cards? How will they provide their fingerprints?
