Protest against child abuse

Our society is gradually turning into a barbarian and bearish one. Children like Rajon, Rakib and Rabuil Awal have been cruelly killed by savages. Social norms, values and our long cherished culture have failed to turn us into modest, responsible, accountable and honest human beings.
As members of the society, these poor children have the same human rights that are accorded to children of privileged background. A culture of impunity has led criminals to target children. The government usually passes laws such as The Child Act.
These laws and rules are confined in the parliament, where ministers and MPs make huge claims. The question is how do we as a society bear such murders of innocent children? How can some people enjoy the torture that they inflict on these little kids? We seem to be losing our sense of awareness and consciousness.
The State has failed to assure the safety of children and its citizen. Where is the freedom to move? Who will assure the implementation of the laws? Will criminals dictate how we live our lives? Or will the State finally take measures to stop such insanity?
