Rahmatganj MFS defeated Uttar Baridhara by 3-1 goals in their match of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Sunday.
It was first victory for the Old-Dhaka based out-fit in their BPL campaign.
The first half was locked 1-1.
Sujan Biswas of Uttar Baridhara put his team ahead in the 38th minute of the play.
Rahmatganj’s Tajik recruit Dilshad leveled the margin in the 44th minute.
After the intermission, Rahmatganj’s Ivory Coast recruit Christ made it 2-1 in the 47th minute of the clash.
Enamul of Rahmatganj sealed the fate of the match in the 57th minute.
In the day’s other match, Bangladesh Police Football Club beat Brothers Union Club by 3-1 goals at the same venue.
