The Qulkhwani of Begum Fazilatunnesa, mother of Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader, was held at the Government Mujib College ground in Companiganj upazila of Noakhali on Thursday.
Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister A.K.M Shajahan Kamal, State Minister for Textiles and Jute Mirza Azam and leaders of central and different district and upazila units of Awami League, Jubo League, Chhatra League as well as the local people joined the Qulkhwani, among others.
