The ground development work of Raozan Pink city-1 and Pink City-2 is progressing fast recently.
National Housing Authority of GOB has taken two residential sides named Roazan Pink City-1 and Raozan Pink City-2 during 2013 for providing plots to the intending applicants.
According to sources, there are 262 plots in Pink city-1 and 270 in Pink city-2 .
A reliable sources said 36 more plots will be created in No.1 pink city and decision under way to extend the more plots in No.2 Pink city. Mentionable that Pink city No.1 is located at last east bordering village of Raozan upazila under Raozan UP on Chittagong _Rangamati highway and the Pink city-2 is located on Chittagong-Kaptai highway near Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology and Raozan Thermal Power Plant under Pahartali UP .
Sources said these plots are expected to be handed over to the allottees by June next. President of South Raozan and chairman of Urkirchar UP Syed Abdul Jabbar Sohel told this correspondent that with the initiatives of the local lawmaker ABM Fazle Karim chowdhury , a IT village will be developed in Pahartali area and railway track will be extended upto CUET campus .
He said CUET authority is also installing a IT Park in CUET area . Chairman Sohel also told that the applicants of Raozan were given priority in allotting the plots .
