The fifth extra ordinary general meeting of the share market enlisted The Peninsula Hotel Chittagong Ltd concluded on Monday last at Hotel conference hall.
The meeting unanimously passed resolution to deposit the unused fund collected from share market through IPO in the form of Bank Draft to any scheduled bank o f Bangladesh upto beginning of the new proposed Peninsula Chittagong -Airport Garden Hotel.
Chairman of the Peninsula Chittagong Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director Mostafa Tahsin Arshad, Director Ayesha Sultana, Director Bilkish Arshad, Director Dr.Fasiul Alam were present among others in the meeting. Company Secretary Md. Nurul Azim conducted the meeting, sources said.
