A Dhaka court yesterday ordered the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) to probe a case filed against former Vice-President of Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (Ducsu) Nurul Haque Nur under the Digital Security Act.
Bangladesh Cyber Tribunal Judge Ash-Shams Jaglul Hussein passed the order after hearing the case on Wednesday. The court asked PBI to submit the report on November 29.
A Dhaka University student, who earlier filed two cases against Nur and five others over allegation of rape, filed this case.
