Ahead of Rajshahi, Barishal and Sylhet city polls the Election Commission (EC) has issued an order to outsiders to leave the three cities before 12 midnight on Friday.
Besides, all kinds of campaign will be prohibited from 12 midnight on Sunday.
EC Secretary Helal Uddin Ahmed said, all outsiders are requested to leave the three city areas before 12 midnight on July 27. If anyone stays after the order, then legal action will be taken against him.
According to EC sources, the movement of motorbikes will remain suspended from Sunday (July 29) to Tuesday (July 31). From Monday midnight to Tuesday, all the vehicles, except the ambulance, postal department, fire service and City Corporation garbage cars, have been instructed to stop movement.
If anyone violated the instruction they will be penalized six to seven month.
Meanwhile, members of law enforcers will remain in the field from Sunday to Tuesday.
Police, BGB, RAB, Executive-Judicial Magistrate and Mobile-Striking Force will be in charge of election time.
Twenty-two law enforcers will be deployed in general centres and 24 personnel in important centres.
