Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) arrested an income tax employee over the recovery of two foreign-made pistols and 60 rounds of ammunition here.
Taking approval from tax commissioner, a team of Doublemooring thana police arrested tax office employee Mozumdar Kamrul Hasan from Halishahor last night.
Earlier, customs office filed a case with Bandar thana over the arms recovery.
