Newly joined Comptroller General of Accounts (CGA) Nurul Islam paid homage to the memorial of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on 1st February at Dhanmondi Road No 32.
Islam, along with other high officials of the accounts department, offered reverend flower bouquet to the image of Bangabandhu and expressed blessings towards the Father of Nation along with other martyrs of the family.
He remembered the unique and unsurpassable contribution of Bangabandhu and his universal leadership in our liberation war and also the supreme sacrifice of all freedom fighters.
Islam wrote his comments in the opinion book in commemoration of the Father of the Nation and other members. He hopes that by performing all the respective duties of the Govt employees in the respective fields, the dream of Sonar Bangla of Bangabandhu can be properly materialized. In this regard the Govt accounts department will be more conscious and responsible in his active supervision.
