The newly appointed ambassadors of Bangladesh to Kuwait and Saudi Arabia met Minister for Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Imran Ahmed on Monday at his office.
Ambassador to Kuwait Major General M Ashikuzzaman visited the minister at 12 noon while Saudi Arabia Ambassador Javed Patwary met the minister at 2:30pm.
During the meeting, both the ambassadors pledged to strengthen the bilateral relations of the countries by delivering their duties with utmost sincerity, said a press release.
They also discussed about the security and present status of the employees working in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia amid the crisis of Covid-19.
