An MOU was signed between American Institute of Bangladesh studies (AIBS) and Southeast University (SEU) at a program held recently at SEU Conference Room at Banani in the city.
It was signed aimed at enriching intellectual capabilities through exchange of knowledge. President of AIBS Prof Dr Golam M. Mathbor and Pro Vice Chancellor of SEU Prof Dr Md. Humayun Kabir Chowdhury signed and exchanged documents of this MOU on behalf of their respective institutions.
Among others, Registrar of SEU Maj Gen Kazi Fakhruddin Ahmed, psc (Retd), Chief Coordinator of BOT, SEU Trust Wing Cdr. Syed Ahmed Kabir, fawc, psc (Retd), Dean (Acting), SASS Prof Dr Md. Abdul Hakim, Dean, SBS Prof Dr Golam Ahmed Faruqui, Director, IRT Dr AFM Mafizul Islam, Deputy Registrar (Establishment) AKM Amir Hossain Miah and Deputy Registrar (Academic) Md. Saiful Alam Munir were present at the program.
Under this MOU, educational exchange, joint research initiatives, organizing seminars, workshops and conferences and publication of journals will be possible.
