King Hassan of Moroccan Diplomatic Foundation paid a courtesy call on Bangladesh Jatiya Sangshad (JS) Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury at Bangladesh House in Rabat on Friday.
During the meeting, they exchanged greetings and discussed about the parliamentary democracy, economic and social development in Bangladesh as well as the expansion of the bilateral trade, according to a press release issued here on Saturday.
Referring to the existing friendly relations between the two countries, the speaker said the ties would strengthen further in the days ahead.
She said a congenial investment environment is prevailing in Bangladesh as the government has established 100 special economic zones across the country.
She urged Moroccan entrepreneurs to invest in these economic zones.
