National Film Award winner actress Zakia Bari Momo acted and Arun Chowdhury directed movie Altabanu releases today. In this movie, Momo acted in role of Alta against Anisur Rahman Milon. Farzana Rikta acted in role of Alta’s younger sister Banu. Including Dhaka this movie is set to release in different cinema halls across the country.
After three years break, Momo presents herself with a new movie among the viewers. In 2015, she last presented Shihab Shahin directed movie Chhuye Diley Mon. Arifin Shuvo was her co-actor in that film.
While talking about Altabanu Momo told this correspondent, “Many years ago, under Arundada’s directed I acted in a play. Under his direction I acted in a movie for the first time. It is his directed first movie also. It is a nice story based movie. Viewers will find a tale of story from first to last of this movie. I hope it will surely touch minds of many viewers. I played the role of Alta. It is tale of struggle of Alta herself. Dada has made it cordially. I believe viewers will enjoy the movie on the screen.”
Faridur Reza Sagor wrote story of Altabanu while Brindaban Das and Arun Chowdhury jointly written its script.
Meanwhile, Momo will enjoy this film with the audience.
Shooting of Momo acted and Tanim Rahman Angshu directed movie Swapnobari has been finished recently. She paired up with Milon also. This pair earlier acted in Rokibul Alam Rokib’s movie Prem Korbo Tomar Sathey.
