Members of Fire Service and Civil Defense recovered two dead bodies from Bishkhali river in Kathalia upazila on Thursday.
The deceased were identified as Pannu Mia, 28 and Hasan, 25, two cargo boat laborers. Pannu and Hasan went missing from 5am on Tuesday, when a Barguna-bound launch collided with the cargo on which they both were working at Moshabuniya launch ghat. The recovery operation was led by Lef Col Mokhlechur Rahman, Khulna region of Bangladesh Navy.
